“Your Brand” experience should be the same whether offline or online, and you MUST pay attention to it, even if you are not a computer whiz, if someone else in your business deals with th IT side of your business, you gotta make sure it is representing you and your line in the best way possible. AND on top of that it has to be a customer-friendly experience.
